1. Overview
At Discount Net LLC, we strive to deliver high-quality digital services that meet your expectations. This Return and Refund Policy explains when returns may be requested and the terms under which refunds may be issued for services purchased from us.
2. Digital Services and Custom Work
Most of our offerings are custom digital services, including website development, application development, UI/UX design, graphic design, and WordPress development. Because this work is created specifically for you, completed digital deliverables cannot be returned once they have been delivered and approved.
3. Return Eligibility
Returns apply only to unused physical items we may supply in connection with a project (for example, printed marketing materials), if those items are unused, in original condition, and returned within 14 days of receipt. Custom-printed or personalized items are not eligible for return.
To request a return, contact us at discountnetllc@gmail.com or call (888) 972-4563 with your order or project details. Approved returns must be sent back at your expense unless we shipped the item in error.
4. Deposits and Milestone Payments
Project deposits and milestone payments are generally non-refundable once work has commenced on that phase. Deposits secure your project slot and cover initial discovery, planning, and resource allocation.
5. Cancellation by Client
If you cancel a project after work has begun, you will be billed for all completed work and any non-recoverable costs incurred up to the cancellation date. Any remaining balance on prepaid amounts may be refunded at our discretion, minus completed work and expenses.
6. Cancellation by Discount Net LLC
We reserve the right to cancel a project if terms are violated or if we are unable to fulfill the agreed scope. In such cases, unused prepaid amounts will be refunded proportionally.
7. Dissatisfaction With Deliverables
If you are unsatisfied with deliverables, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will work in good faith to revise work within the agreed scope. Refunds for completed and approved deliverables are not typically provided.
8. Recurring Services
Maintenance and support subscriptions may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. Fees for the current billing period are non-refundable.
9. Processing Refunds
Approved refunds, including those issued after an accepted return, will be processed within 10–15 business days to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
